“Hearts Torn Apart: Witness Recounts Horror Following Israeli Attack on Gaza Refugee Camp

The horror and trauma of this week’s Israeli strike in Gaza was described in vivid detail by witnesses on the ground, many of whom were children running from the area with frightened faces. But following the strike, the United Nations called the attack an “outrageous violation of international law.” Astonishingly, the airstrike had occurred only kilometers away from a UN-sponsored refugee camp.
